I founded Stonepoint Strength because I wanted to share what training and Stoic philosophy have given me: resilience, focus, and purpose. With a full-time military career, this is my way of doing something I love: meeting new people, helping them grow, and showing that strength is not just about muscle, but about building a stronger life.

A woman with crossed arms, wearing a blue athletic shirt and a black cap, standing inside a gym with fitness equipment and a high ceiling.

At 17, Sarah joined the U.S. Air Force, where she has now served for over 10 years. Military life has tested her ability to stay consistent through deployments, long hours, and constant travel, but it has also sharpened her discipline and grit. Along the way, she has been guided by mentors who continue to shape her approach to training.

She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, holds an Aviation Technology Associate’s degree, and is completing her Bachelor’s in Film & Media Studies and Psychology at Arizona State University. More than credentials, Sarah brings a philosophy: that every rep and every setback is an opportunity to cultivate resilience, discipline, and purpose.
